#squats #1rmtesting 425 Lbs fail. For those who've been following me for some time now, you know that this is a regular occurrence. I'm not afraid to keep pushing my self to break preconceived or the "unattainable". To me, not completing the rep is not failure. Failure would be not trying at all. Some say my goal of 500 is insane or impossible, that's fine with me, just more people to prove wrong. For those just starting your fitness journey, trust the process. Two years ago I couldn't squat 215. Put in the time, be the hardest worker in the room and you will get to your goal.
