There are some things in life worth losing sleep for......like cardio apparently. But nothing to it but to do it WHY? Because it's just part of MY plan! Right now I'm making the most of ALL my minutes in order to get it in(it's a lot...don't ask!!!) Thank goodness my clients and staff don't mind a sweaty trainer. We all have the same 24 hours, figure out what works for you and get it done. Don't have time simply means NOT a priority right now....but remember waiting until your 'tomorrow' simply means that when it arrives it is your 'today' and 'today' will be your yesterday's tomorrow and so on. Don't let your yesterday's tomorrow be something you look back on and wish you had done differently...seize the moment- decide to decide. Ps. Love me some #sweetsweat
