On a daily basis I get asked what the secret ingredient to changing your physique is and honestly there is no one thing. 9 times out of 10 its executing the basics and making sure you are consistent. Consistency is the main area I see people fail, they know the basics of training, nutrition and recovery however there is just no consistency with their effort. Building a good physique is a long term process so if I can give any advice its strap yourself in and consistently smash that training, eat good food and make sure your recovery is on point. Doing this 4-5 days out of the week will only get you so far...
