I hate being patient but it really is the name of the game when it comes to conquering goals. I've been busting my biceps two sometimes three times a week in an effort to balance out my arms. My triceps and shoulders are overpowering compared to my itty bitty biceps so the goal has been to build the peaks. Just because you don't see your effort right away doesn't mean it's not working. Your body will kick when it's ready to kick and then one day you will awake and physically see the changes that you have been mentally killing yourself for the last couple of months.
