GOOD MORNING FITFAM.. Hey Everyone End Of Week 11 Progress Pictures UP !!! Check and make comment please... I lost 10KG Fat and 1 Kg Gain Lean Muscle during Challenge. I am happy my progress. This is Last Week of 250K Challenge but not for me; Because of I Would like to gain lean muscle at least 5Kg especial my lower body (Legs) . This year I hope get thicker legs and calves.
