Raise your hand if you're ready to Bench again! After 6 weeks of limited motion, the Surgeon removed all restrictions on ROM and increased my weight restriction to 10 pounds for 2 weeks, then 20 pounds for the next 2 weeks. I should be doing my first bench post surgery on Monday (with a broomstick, but I'll take it). Looking forward to getting back to normal! #pectear #comeback #powerlifting #backtothegrind
