Week 11 Challenge - What will you do next?

So much is the easy answer to that question but I love a goal and a plan and I have all mine sorted for both the short and long term. Short Term * Continue my Transformation journey. I have loved every moment of this challenge and plan to continue to be a part of them. I have 10 days holidays with my boys before starting the "Still In It" Challenge. If anyone wants details let me know and you can join our amazing #FitFam. * Running - before my pregnancy and paralysis I had discovered I loved to run and Fun Runs were a great motivator for me. Since I have regained my fitness running has still eluded me, it causes me a lot of pain afterwards but I am determined to get back there. So in June there is a local Fun Run and I have signed up. It may not be long and it may not be fast but I will be another step forward to putting these obstacles behind me. Long Term * Instagram I love being able to share my journey with people and I want to work on bring more tips and advice to my followers and build on making it a great page for people to be inspired and to gain knowledge. * Helping other Mummas I am currently studying to become a PT and its my dream is to develop a business that specifically helps other Mummas find their strength in mind, body and spirit. I want to lead by example and share my story with them and then help them along their own journeys. The amazing thing is that only now after taking part in this amazing challenge are these goals possible. #250kchallenge #challenge #week11
