Switching things up this week and increasing my cardio. I would love to lose a couple more kgs and hit my amended goal. Orginally I started this challenge focused purely on losing weight...my goal was just a low number on a scale...but as I rediscovered my love of lifting weights and seeing the changes in my body I have realised I would much rather be strong than skinny. I changed my goal weight to account for all this lovely muscle I have been building, I didn't want to be so caught up in hitting a low number that I destroyed all the muscle I had gained. But the lil bit of me thats vain and superficial would like my after photos to be a lil less "fluffy" so I'm upping the cardio. #250kchallenge
