just finished finals took the whole week off from the gym just relieve some stress on my body. now back at it in full action. stayed very strict on my diet throughout the week and woke up this morning at 183lbs which is where i was a week ago. even if you're not going to the gym its still important that you stay on track with your diet. i am happy that i was able to do that. i will be making a meal prep step by step on my snapchat probably within the next week or so, so stay tuned my snapchat is (lalaspurr) sort of fell of the instagram wagon, its a little more work then i thought so once i get more content and posting consistently ill be back on it. its spring break so i will be starting 2 a days and hopefully continue them till summer!
