What works for me!!

So many people have asked me what my nutrition is like and I always point them in the direction of the Nutrition section at @bodybuildingcom, that is where I researched and made my plan. I found @jimstoppani article on Intermittent Fasting and it just clicked for me. I used the nutritional calculators to give me a guide but dont religiously count calories or macros but I have a rough idea what my meals add up to. I dont meal prep however I do cook additional meals so lunches are covered the next day. I have cut out all processed carbs and most processed foods. I only drink water (at least 3L). I was a supplement virgin before starting the #250kchallenge and I trusted the sponsors @dymatize when choosing supplements. I have #dymatizeiso100 when I am caught short after a workout and dont have a protein based meal ready. I workout in a fasted state most mornings so #dymatizeaminopro really helps get me through them. And because I had so much fat to lose (45% bodyfat) I used #dymatizedymaburnxtreme to help burn some of that fat. I also take a multivitamin and occasionally caffeine tablets if my energy is lagging.
