Awesomely beautiful day out this Thursday and I am thankful for the day, the workout and the progress. Still more work to do, but I will continue the relentless GRIND! Hopefully, I can continue to refine the physique over the next 2 weeks! Past the challenge, I want to work on "growing" the chest back to 2011 levels, but overall, I am happy with what I am seeing! Thank you all for your support!
