Haters gonna Hate

Cardio Day and I missed my weights so much I had to sneak a few in, Biceps because I have only now found an exercise that doesnt kill my wrist (weird I know) and legs because they are so far behind my upper body due to the residual weakness. Other than that my huge learning moment involves Haters....something I experienced for the first time today. I have been spoilt by my beautiful #FitFam on #instagram and #Bodyspace who are always supportive and motivating and so bloody nice so when I posted to a weightloss facebook page today I was shocked at the "Haters". The non believers who had me trying to prove I had really worked my arse off to #transform in 10 weeks sorry 11.5 weeks as someone actually went to the effort of working out. While it was disappointing and what was supposed to be a motivating post turned nasty it did make me so grateful to all of you wonderful people that everyday like and comment on my posts and make all the work I do totally worth it. Oh and totally blacked out my #reprecap which I am so proud of.
