First photo beginning of the #200kchallenge in 2015....second photo beginning of the #250kchallenge 2016....third photo this week. I've definitely taken the slower path on this journey but with the #250kchallenge nearing the end there are those of us that have stumbled...back tracked...haven't hit goals we thought we would. I am so pleased to hear that @bodybuildingcom is continuing this year again with the #transformforlife back to back challenges. I did every challenge last year and I 100% know it's what kept me progressing....little it may be it was still forward( isn't it the turtle that won the race ??) I would highly encourage all to continue to participate beyond this challenge to keep #transforming This last challenge I've given more than ever but I am still learning. I pushed my body...work out twice a day...ate no cheat meals....took no days off....but eventually my body pushed back and I wasn't starving myself I was eating upwards of 1600+ calories a day. I fell off the cliff...ate 3 boxes of Girl Scout cookies In a matter of 20 minutes ?? among other "bad" things and said its time to back up. Took a few days off....ate more.....went to one workout a day and incorporated a rest day. Low and behold a week later I leaned out even more and abs began to appear. Thing is everybody is different. Learn from others...but listen to YOUR body. I can't wait to see what the next 3 weeks
