A total loss of 5.3lbs since my last weigh in on March 2nd! I was feeling this weight loss throughout the whole week. Doing these HIIT style workouts and low carbing is a brutal combination. I've had sickness to deal with as well. Nothing in life comes easy. You gotta work your tail off to achieve the things you want! 200lbs, I'm comin' after you! Watch out!!!
