Pre-last year's injuries my Fitness Age (see https://www.worldfitnesslevel.org/#/) was below a 21yr old : ) To get back to that I need to drop my current weight of 64.5kg back to the 57kg it was and my waist down from its current 81cm to the 72cm it was, while maintaining my current fitness routine. Glad I found this online measuring tool again. I've been able to share it with my new partner and it's really improved our motivation!
