So since I've increased my weights my cardio has taken a back seat so I got back into it today and my body had needed a rest after 2 big total body workouts. One way I keep this maintainable is I never get too sore, I don't push so hard that I cant move the next day. DOMS is a killer and interrupts my life. I can't lift my baby if my arms are too sore, I can't run around with my boys if my quads are killing me so it goes against my goal of doing this to be a healthier mumma if I'm pushing so hard that I can't be an active mumma. So I let my muscles rest today but I'll be back into tomorrow.
