It was a struggle today after being up all night with my sick bubba but I hit the gym coz I needed the escape. I see lots of people being discouraged because they are comparing their progress to others. You can't compare because each of our stories are different and we all start at different points. I struggle with this too but no one has my story, no one started where I did. No matter how much weight I lose or how many muscles I build I have already won. This was always about taking back my life and rebuilding my body. So focus on your "WHY" and surround yourself with positivity.
