People always judge you, put you down or have negative opinions about you and your physique. They always see what you look like now, the working product but not what you were before. People are quick to judge you, some talk **** and some laugh. We all started somewhere, we're all doing this to make a change and to better ourselves. Don't put people down, instead put yourself up and let the haters do their own thing. Nowhere near finished yet but here's a progress pic for you all. Any tips/help on programs/nutrition D.M me ?? success doesn't come over night or by cheating yourself. ??????
