It was a beautiful day! After finishing up with Sabbath Studies and visits from family, friends and loved ones, I got outside for a quick picture! About 22 hours into my intermittent fast, so I think I look a bit "flat"! I had a great meal to break the fast and hope that I look decent for tomorrow's new profile pictures to begin week 2 of Cycle 46 and 8 of the 12-week Transformation Challenge! Have a GREAT WEEK in and out of the gym!
