Bodybuilding.com #250kchallenege asked, âHow do you keep yourself from burning out?â Given that it is the mid-way mark and my workout is starting to become monotonous (7 weeks of repeating the same program) - to prevent myself from burning out and to keep my muscle and body guessing, I revamped my workout and my diet. I dropped the 1-5 rep range and increased workout volume. I will also only refeed once a week for my carb cycle and will introduce more medium carb days. And because of all the research, calculation, and scheduling I did to complied this, I am extremely excited to start! I hope everyone is finding their own motivation, if not, feel free to use mine!
