Leg day once again ?? this time I've try different variations of squats paired with other small movement to completely exhaust my lil wheels. Started with bb back squat + diagonal db lunges the second exercise was hack squat * box squat jumps followed by bb Bulgarian split squat foot elevated + resistant band lateral movement some bb hip thrusts + Romanian single leg DL foot elevated to finish strong did some HIIT cardio session #gogetit #fitfam ??
