Stepping it up with more sessions. Todays was 45 min Upper Body Weights & Abs, 45 min Cardio and then tonight 30 min bodyweight Lower Body & Abs. So 2 hours total. Thats my plan for the rest of the week too. Diet was on point today however experimented with adding a little caffeine to my afternoon...hmmm thats probably why I'm still awake...lol.
