Interval this morning. Ok, so what is interval you ask? It is where your sprinting at your full speed for a set amount of distance and then walk it off, but I power walk in between sprints for the full amount of time. The amount of blood in your lower body is crazy! Your calves, quads, glutes and hips will feel like they are gonna explode! It's amazing! I have not found any other exercise that compares. Great stuff! I was a bad girl this morning, should of been a off day, but I needed a fix!
