Hurt my back today and have realised there are certain things my body is trying to tell me that I just shouldnt do...and Barbell Squats is one. But I stopped and adjusted my workout straight away and still got an awesome 90 min workout in and have now got the TENS machine pumping so I think I saved myself from being on complete bed rest like last time. Have planned 2 upper body workouts for the next couple of days and this isn't going to derail me. I realised today that this transformation isnt just about building physical strength it is also about building mental strength and resilience. Progress day tomorrow... woohoo my favorite day!!
