Checking out the gains after my 30 min giant set Chest/Back workout today. A bit too flat as it is a low carb day but overall very happy; especially considering how strong I was (thank you Labrada Nutrition SuperCharge!). Chest/Back Workout below: 3 sets of this Giantset: Incline Flyes 10-12 reps Incline Dumbbell Press 10-12 reps (using same weight as the flyes) Stiff Arm Pulldowns 10-12 reps Wide Grip Pull-ups to Front 15-20 reps Flat Dumbbell Bench Press 10-12 reps Dumbbell Rows (both arms at the same time/neutral grip) 10-12 reps Take care and train hard!
