This article on @bodybuildingcom by @jimstoppani was a game changer for me. I had heard of fasting but never really looked into it. I read this and it just clicked. I was eating a carb loaded breakfast just because I thought I should not because I was hungry and it has been so easy to adapt to a 16 hour fast with 0 calories and it allows me more freedom in my non fasting hours. I also do both my cardio and weights in the morning after school drop offs in a fasted state and the kgs are dropping.
