Feeling a bit tired, but HAPPY after concluding my 5th workout week (runs from Sunday-Friday for me) of Cycle 45 and the 12-week Transformation Challenge! We got a "dusting" of snow AND it is Flex Friday, so the "old man" Flexed! LOL! The lighting was a bit off, so details have been somewhat obscured, but I am happy with my progress to date! I am happy with my size, now to "clean everything up a bit more"! LOL!
