Trying to do Steady State cardio as a second session everyday this week. 30 minute sessions. On top of my weight training. Time is ticking away. Getting the job done. Even when grinding on a 12 hour shift and seeing that it's 4am! Use your time wisely. Make sacrifices. Only then will change happen! Time to finish out my shift.
