Today was just cardio and mobility with chiropractor visit. Breakfast: overnight old fashioned oats with PB2, chocolate whey and coconut milk. Wheat toast with cream cheese one herbed whole egg and coffee. Shake and "candy bar" Lunch: shiratake noodles with capers, peppers, kale and shredded chicken. Dinner: OMG soup! Cauliflower zucchini soup with garlic and tons of herbs served with sour cream and hot sauce! Simple and super tasty Dessert: little bit of ice cream and one fig Newton bar with one tbsp of almond butter. Snack was a baby bell cheese. Tomorrow is a lifting day and can't wait!!!! Nity Nite!
