Jill are you getting bigger??? Ummmm I prefer to think of it as BETTER rather than bigger.... And isn't that kind of the point of an 'off season'? To grow where we need to grow, reshape where we lack, resculpt our strengths, perfect the blueprint so when it comes time to paint the final image it's **** near 'perfect' The most common statement I get annoyed.... Ahem I mean told..... is 'don't get any bigger'. Would you tell an athlete in any other sport to stop practicing? So before you ever feel inclined to ask a 'fitgirl', whether she be a power lifter, bodybuilder, cross fitter or maybe she just loves to lift weights and get jacked, consider this.... "We don't train NOT to transform.....If what you see appears to be too big for your liking and that's okay, but then likely what We see in you is perhaps too small (as in small mind)......(side note: liking or not liking someone's lifestyle choices does not mean you have any right to disrespect them). To me femininity is so much more than a look......It comes from the inside out, it's not something I decide to put on for social acceptance... To me being feminine is about ones authenticity and nothing is more authentic than loving the skin(and muscles) you're in. Ps.
