The only time to look backwards is to see your back development. Doing deadlifts for the first time in weeks felt good...went light enough to allow myself good form (still feel like I need to improve on my deadlift form more than anything at this point). Width and thickness is coming along...still feel that more work is needed. Just got to tweak my workout just right I think to get things going in the right direction.
