Happy Flex Friday!

I took yesterday off! It rained buckets here until very early this morning, but it is soaked! I hit a very squishy double workout today after taking yesterday off! It was so cloudy and wet that all I wanted to do was SLEEP and I did that! LOL! Anyway, I got out post workout and trip to the store for Mom and took some "Flex Friday" pics. Lighting was kind of odd, but I am happy because I continue to see subtle progress. The lower abs are finally starting to shape up. Hopefully, I can continue to build on this progress! Intermittent Fast this weekend, so I can eat a few things this Super Bowl Sunday! LOL! Have a great weekend, my friends. Those of you who will be watching, enjoy the Super Bowl!
