Breakfast: over night old fashioned oats with strawberry flavored Greek yogurt, Thomas English muffin with butter, one whole egg and coffee. Post workout goodies Lunch: red quinoa with wheatgrass, arugula, okra seasoned with Cajun spices and three egg white omelette with chives and tomato basil seasoning. Dinner is something I enjoy: bean sprouts sautée in a garlic reduction sauce, baked purple potato with my home made Greek yogurt dressing that has chives and grilled balsamic asparagus Dessert: the usual Snack was baby bell cheese and cracker!!
