Weight about the same ending Week 4. This was at around 5pm after I hit Shoulders, Calves, and Abs along with 30 min of steady state Cardio. I had drank a lot of fluid as well and had my post workout shake before going to Complete Nutrition. Happy with the results and the body fat % change! Week 5, you're mine!!
