My shoulder has been so jacked for the past year that I've had a tough time going heavy, and had to bail on dips (one of the best exercises after squats, deadlifts, and overhead press) and a lot of other pressing exercises altogether. It's been extremely frustrating. I took about 10 weeks off, not really by design, but nevertheless; I've been back at it for 8 weeks now and have been able to go pretty heavy again and do basically all the movements that I had to bail on before. Feels freaking great! I just hope everything continues to hold up!
