After a couple of years I began picking up weight due to episodes of anxiety attacks. They were bad enough to make me want to stop working out. I had to change my look on bodybuilding for alternatives to suppress the anxiety. I stopped taking stimulants for one as they will ramp up your anxiety a lot, and I'm starting to stay away from almost all supplements and stay on whole foods. I had to start getting more social again as well, the anxiety made me want to be alone at all times just so I can figure out what was wrong with me, feeling as if I was going to just pass out or thinking I'm having a heart attack. Now with my new friends, gym partners, and of course my swolmate I'm slowly getting back into things. #250kchallenge
