Officially the CRAZIEST workout ever! I had only one hour to do a 2 hour chest & back workout, so instead of skipping sets and exercises, I've decided to squeeze the workout by eliminating all rest and did the whole workout as a HUMONGOUS-HUGE-Giant-set!
