Well why haven't the locks been cut off?

A big problem at all three gyms here are locks not being removed from the lockers. I've mentioned it to staff or put notices in the suggestions boxes several times with no response. Well the good new is these signs were on several lockers this morning at Workout Anytime. Bad news is notice the date. Cutoff man was supposed to happen; 3 days after the 18th ( Jan 21). Today is JANUARY 24th!!!!
