Happy Snowy Flex Friday!

One of my "unwritten" goals for this winter was NOT to allow winter weather to derail my goals! This has occurred the last 3 winters, since we have had unusually cold and snowy winters here in southeastern Virginia. The "normal" winter temperature here is supposed to be on average 44 degrees! Anyway, I had a busy week (fixed a frozen water pump, kerosene heaters, ran tons of errands, which led to my taking a day off.). I made up my day off with doubles on yesterday and today. I wrapped up, threw on a hat, my headphones and a hood (which is why I look like an alien! LOL :) ) and I finished off today's double with a 27:57 3-mile run out in 26 degree snowy weather! INVIGORATING! Let's keep grinding!
