Many people I know judge me for not being huge or ripped and thus will not consider me as a trainer. Well if you were Luke and Yoda like ups you by using the force to lift your x-wing you would then continue your studies or double up on learning how to use the force from him. Well the same ideas hold to personal trainers. Not all trainers will look the way you think they will. So do not judge one for not being ripped or huge.
