rpm 1-13

Got stuck with an old bike so the mileage is off (I was told its close to double but I am still testing this). I also lost time because I had to adjust and tighten my seat after thinking I had which led me to slicing/taking a small chunk of skin from my knuckle. ?? hunting for a bandaid took a hot minute because at the Y people want to talk which I do love but I had rpm! Skylar who hooked me up, and one of the many awesome trainers. Class was with my fav instructor Becca.
