Chest Training Tip from Hunter Labrada: "Here is one of my favorite variations on db flies. Doing it slightly inclined and banded takes two of the things I don't care for about flat flies out of the equation: 1. The stress and tension stays on your chest throughout the whole range of motion without putting a ton of stres in the shoulders like doing them truly flat does 2. Doing them banded makes the top of the exercise put a lot of tension on your chest, instead of taking it off and putting it on your joints and triceps like doing them normal does. Give them a try during your next chest session! The bands I have are from @elitefts , I've had them for over three years now and still function like new."
