Transformations 2009 - 2016
OVERALL RATING
This girl right here - this is who keeps me motivated to live a healthy lifestyle every. single. day!!!! I am constantly trying to be better for myself. That's my ?#?fitspiration?! 1) 2009 - party girl. I drank all the time, never stepped foot in the gym, ate fast food daily, felt awful and hated wearing a swimsuit. 2) 2012 - I went to the Bahamas with my mom. I was determined to get in shape, but I was terrified lifting weights would make me look like a man, so I did hours of cardio and took my calories dangerously low. 3) 2013 - I returned from a trip to Italy at my highest weight ever and I developed several health issues. I decided enough was enough and hired a personal trainer. A few months later I got on stage and I was terrified. I placed 5th in the fitness modeling category with the WBFF and got hooked, but I had no idea what I was doing so I threw myself into the competitor lifestyle too quickly and screwed up my metabolism. 4) 2014 - I trained myself and threw myself into researching nutrition and training. I wanted to be healthy. I competed again and got 3rd. 5) 2015 - I hired a new coach and learned about macros. It opened up a whole new healthier outlook on food and training for me, but I suffered from appendicitis 3 weeks before the show. I still went, determined not to give up on myself even if I placed last, and I got 2nd place. 6) January 2016. I am not stage lean, but I know I don't have to be. I hired a new coach, have been packing on muscle, have dropped body fat like crazy and I'm still challenging myself to do better and never get comfortable with my goals. I'm healthier, happier, smarter and stronger than ever before. â¢My goals are to inspire others, to be a source of positivity, to continue learning, to coach my clients to my best ability, to complete the 250kchallenge and to win my WBFF Pro card!
