Did my carb and meat prep today. Made a lo-gly curry, turmeric, agave BBQ sauce and grilled the chicken skewers. My carb is Millet with carrots, cauliflower, peppers, onions, and garlic. Made a Greek yogurt, garlic, and lemon sauce. Dish aslo has healthy fat avacado.
