I'm only sticking with measuring tape and photos! That hunk of metal, plastic, circuit board and batteries can kiss my arse. People don't let the scale ruin your day or be the final say in how you feel about your fitness progress. The scale is a liar and can't tell you "You are beautiful!" "You're butt looks smaller" or "You've lost 3 inches off your waist". This 180+ gal is about to take a baseball bat to the scale Office Space style LOL!! Have a great day everyone!
