In spite of still not feeling that I am at my best, I decided to observe the final Flex Friday of 2015! I am feeling very optimistic about my getting back into top shape. This, however, includes physical, mental, and most importantly, spiritual shape! Thank you all for such amazing support over the past year, which included my mother and I, working through the first year after my stepfather's passing. In spite of my inconsistency in posting, diet, challenges, etc., you all supported me greatly! Thank you! Wishing you all the best of all possible New Years! THANK YOU AGAIN!
