Man down. The importance of reverse dieting

Lesson learnt! So 3 weeks post comp and with every intention of reverse dieting properly things did not go to plan. I have learnt the hard way how important it is to not go from one extreme to another. I was on a very clean comp prep diet for 7 months with no junk food which in itself was great however post comp I lost my way and began to over endulge and eat junk food and foods heavy in sugar. My body did not cope well and I ended up with massive abdominal pain and hospitalised myself. The doctors told me I was on the way to giving myslef a stomach ulcer. On the road to recovery but prevention is so much better than cure. For those competing or cutting when you are done my only advice is reverse diet properly and give your body time to adjust
