When training with my trainer we target the 5 different body parts for a week and then take the next week to cut water weight and inflammation. In 1 week I went from 138 lbs. to 134.4, loosing 3.6 lbs. of water weight doing Interval and full body workouts. Back with Mike on Monday for another week of target training. Gotta build it up to cut it down!
