Progress photo as of yesterday. Started cutting a couple of weeks ago and still have about 2.5 weeks until Boise and 5 weeks until I compete at the LA Fit Expo. Not being too restrictive over the holidays and really enjoying this prep thus far. Focusing on hard work as well as enjoying time with friends and family is what makes this a balanced, long term lifestyle. :)
