Here I am 3 days after my competition, little water rebound from the dehydration process nothing too bad tho. I keep my @musclepharm Amino1 handy because it also contains electrolytes and helps a lot to rehydrate the body properly! Another thing, after indulging nicely the night after the show, I went right back to my pre competition diet. I reintroduce cardio the next day eve though I did less than I was leading up to the show. Returning to your pre competition diet and reverse dieting properly (slowly increasing your calories over the weeks) is key to take full advantage of this very anabolic phase after a competition and also to avoid just blowing up and gaining a lot of body fat.
